What should I expect during the recruitment process?
Our recruitment process includes several phases depending on the role you apply for. These may include inherent job requirement screening, video interviews, skills assessments and behavioural or values-based assessments, as well as in-person interviews.

How should I prepare for the interview?
Take time to learn about the organisation and review the job description so you understand what the role involves. Think about your experience, strengths and examples that show your abilities. It is also helpful to prepare a few questions you would like to ask about the job or the organisation.

Can I reapply for a different position if I am not selected?
Absolutely. If you are not selected for a particular role, we encourage you to apply for other positions that match your qualifications, skills and interests.
